The Boulevard Apartments

Not a luxury apartment. Upstairs neighbors are loud and walls are thin. Children playing outside unsupervised and causing chaos. They take the trash out of the dumpster and throw it around all over the place and they also bang on the doors all hours of the day and night. They play in the road with no caution to cars but nothing can be done about it. You're supposed to pick up after your dog per the leasing agreement but no one does that either so you can't walk in the grass and sometimes it's even all over the sidewalk. The hallways are dirty and covered in lizard droppings. They built these big white containers to store large trash in but the doors blow off super easily so they blow off and damage your car. Half the washing machines and dryers on site don't work and you don't find that ou

Haven’t had a working kitchen in 3 months , told them multiple times and they haven’t came to fix my stove/oven that exploded after trying to make lasagna . They have a new leasing person every month and dont keep track of resident issues. Signed a new lease into a new apartment 2 months early.

It's all about the first impression & how genuine a person really is. I loved CAT since the day I met her(& she had just started the position). She's outgoing, very attentive, always available when needed, super helpful & willing to go out her way to help you with your needs. CAT made my decision to move here so much easier. My Shihtzu(Lady) even loves her. She deserves ALL the blessings coming her way!

My experience of the Boulevard Apartments is terrible. I was shown the model apartment which looked good but the real apartments are filthy dirty, run down, cockroach's everywhere and neighbors fighting at all hours of the day and night. Things are falling apart in the apartments and you can't get management to fix anything. You put in requests to fix the problems in the portal and nothing gets done. The air conditioning does not keep up with the extreme heat. If you turn the thermostat to 70 degrees, it will only cool down to 76 degrees. The walls have been kicked in and fists have been thrust through the walls. To hide the kicks and fists someone has slapped on putty and painted over the putty without sanding or smoothing the walls. I don't usually leave reviews but Cat was a really good consultant. She had fantastic compliments about the place, she was very honest and descriptive, and tried her absolute best to accommodate our needs. She was very fun and we enjoyed her tour of the model home as well as the entire location. Best leasing consultant I've ever worked with.
