I genuinely can’t say enough good things about the property management team at The Boulders in Walnut Creek. From day one, the level of care, professionalism, and communication has been outstanding—and it’s rare to find a team this consistently on top of everything. Andrea has truly gone above and beyond in more ways than I can count. She’s been incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and proactive, always making sure I feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely at home here. It’s clear she takes real pride in her work and cares about her residents on a personal level—not just professionally. I have had a wonderful experience living in this apartment building for the second year. The staff is always very welcoming and kind. They are quick to respond to any requests, and if there are ever any issues, they are handled immediately and efficiently. The team is always ready to help and goes above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable. The apartments themselves are great, and the location is extremely convenient, very close to downtown, quiet area, safe, territory very green. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with both the building and the amazing staff!

I recently visited this apartment community while searching for a two-bedroom, and the customer service was great. Unfortunately, there weren’t any two-bedroom units available for my timeline at the beginning of next month, but the property manager, Andrea, was very helpful. She took my information and assured me she would reach out if something opened up. I really liked the location, amenities, and overall feel of the property. If I don’t find something soon, I will definitely revisit this complex. Great customer service and a positive experience overall!

We loved living here for a couple years, but we decided to move out after they were going to raise our rent by 9.8%. Aside from this, one major factor in our decision was that there’s one AC wall unit for the 900 sqft and it’s in the living room, so unless you’re cranking it for a long time to cool down either of the bedrooms on the opposite side of the apartment, it was extremely hot during the summer. The water pressure in the kitchen was pretty weak and took quite a while for the hot water to come out. The utilities (trash, water, sewer) are shared across all units and your bill is calculated by some convoluted equation where we were consistently paying about $200-$250 for only these three utilities. I moved in about a month ago and the experience has been great so far. Andrea and Lele were extremely helpful throughout the move-in process—very responsive, professional, and on top of everything. The apartments are quiet, well-kept, and the neighbors I’ve met have all been friendly. Overall, it’s been a smooth and positive experience living here, and I’d definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.
