Dick and Melissa were great to work with. They are both very knowledgeable about all phases of the selling and buying process. They were open to feedback, listened, and addressed all of our concerns. When we finally put our house on the market, they went as far as to help us landscape the front yard! They were actually in our yard, with rakes and shovels, doing the work! Once we had accepted an offer, Dick and Melissa handled everything from beginning of escrow to end, including hiring (with our approval), overseeing, and assisting contractors to do repair work. They are very hands-on, and I highly recommend them.

Dick was incredibly valuable throughout the process of buying our investment property. This was especially true as closing approached and lots of little details needed to be attended to. He was always available to meet contractors at the property and help to arrange repairs. Two thumbs up!
