I’ve had such a great experience living at Bonneville! Tatiana, the property manager, is down‑to‑earth, approachable, and always spreads positive vibes. Along with her colleague, they’re truly a ray of sunshine. They supported me so much during my transition to a bigger apartment—always answering my questions, following up, and even going the extra mile to find answers when needed. They’re transparent about rent increases, willing to work with you, and explain everything clearly. Yes, repairs are sometimes needed and have come up, but that’s to be expected in an apartment community that’s been in business for years. I’ve been living here for over three years now and just renewed my lease again this year, which really says it all. The amenities are great and always well maintained, the management team is amazing and very responsive, and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. It truly feels like a community, not just an apartment complex. I’m very happy living here and would definitely recommend it to others.

We've lived here for over a year now so I feel comfortable posting a review. The management changed this summer to a group which is directly affiliated with the property owners. Although I didn't have many complaints about the previous management, I would say the attention to detail has stepped up a notch since. They seem very attentive and eager to solve the problems which have popped up in this complex's short lifetime. They have sought to alleviate the parking situation, bolstered security, and even started some apartment-wide events. At this point, the only negatives I have to say about this place are either impossible to fix at this stage or else are just the sort of things you can expect at an apartment. They have a super sweet management. Maintenance requests are often very timely addressed. Security is pretty good too. Definitely have a location advantage to be living near downtown SLC.

I have been living in this apartment for about four months now, and so far, I really like it! The apartment complex is overall clean and well-maintained. My unit is spacious, clean, and has a great view. All the appliances, including the refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, washer, and dryer, work perfectly. I once had a minor issue with my door lock and requested maintenance. They responded very quickly and efficiently, resolving the problem right away. The location is also great. Smith’s, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, and Maverik are all nearby, and the trolley station and bus stops are close as well.
