They're rent charging system feels very opaque and haphazard, water pressure disappears every other day, mold all over the building, a venerable roach paradise, i could go on. The people? Kind. Neighbors? Absolutely awesome, and the maintenance people are good. In my opinion, it's 2026, lots of places has equivalent if not cheaper rent and are better choices. Take a chance on anywhere else and good chance it's an improvement. The laundry room gets a thumbs up though

Everything is wonderful here. If a situation arises, it is resolved quickly. The administration is very concerned and helpful with its tenants and all our neighbors are wonderful. This place is very quiet. I like it and I recommend it. Of the three maintenance projects carried out on the apartment this year, it's worth highlighting that everything has been superb and prompt. The maintenance team deserves congratulations for their excellent work, respect, and sense of duty. Thank you very much.

I lived here for one year and would strongly advise prospective tenants to research carefully before signing a lease. During a system outage, residents were told only cashier’s checks or money orders would be accepted for rent. I was told splitting the payment (as I had previously done) was acceptable. After obtaining a partial money order, I was then told it would not be accepted. I had to wait for a refund, and despite informing the office of the situation, I received a 3-day notice due to circumstances caused by their system failure. The unit was extremely dirty upon move-in and had a significant roach infestation. I found multiple roaches in my bathroom, including on personal hygiene items. Since living here i have seen improvements in a lot of the maintenance side of things. I also appreciate the increase of communication on the office side. I am looking forward to seeing other positive changes!
