The Boardwalk Apartments

I moved in last April and have really enjoyed my apartment! Maintenance is on it, I have requested some in unit requests and all have been done the next business day. They are always really helpful and keep up with the property. Neighbors are nice, kids actually play outside and its a pet friendly environment especially with the walking paths (stanislous state). The units are bigger than those in the area especially the back yard paios. Just make sure when you move in you get a parking pass!! Non pass holders get towed.

I recently received a notice regarding my patio conditions, stating that I cannot have a trap or pop-up according to the policies. While I understand the rules, it would be nice if everyone in the community adhered to the same restrictions, as I've noticed many patio tarps around. Currently, I have a 4x4 ft pop-up with lights underneath for evening use. Stating only umbrellas for shade can used. Additionally, I’ve been experiencing significant flooding on my patio, particularly during heavy rain, which has caused water to enter through my sliding door. This has resulted in visible water damage and mold around the edges of the door. I've also had rain dripping inside my apartment. We are new residents and so far I can't complain! Staff was amazing from the point of doing a walkthrough, to signing lease. The neighborhood so far is calm and close to anything we may need. I think if I had to pick one thing to work on it would be visitor parking. But otherwise we love our apartment and neighbors.

Love living here! Office staff is friendly and maintenance services have been quick and efficient. Parking is hard sometimes with tenants allowing guest to park in tenant only spots.

This is the best apartments i’ve ever lived at before. They are so fast with it comes to maintenance. A very quiet pet-friendly area. 10/10 would recommend.
