We’re very happy living here. I want to highlight that the concierge girls at 475 are absolutely lovely, and the maintenance team is above and beyond — they fix everything quickly and are always kind. Julian David Garcia has been incredibly warm and caring since the very first day, he is the best ❤️

I’ve been living at BLVD for over 3 years now, and one of the reasons it continues to feel like home is the incredible support from the maintenance team, especially Keston. Anytime we have had an issue, he’s been there to rescue us, always responding quickly and efficiently. His knowledge and attention to detail are truly impressive. What really sets him apart is his attitude. He’s consistently friendly, professional, and approachable, and he explains things clearly so you actually understand what was fixed. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making residents feel comfortable and supported.

Govino was excellent. We had an issue with the bathtub and he was able to come by quickly and fix the issue which involved getting a new part to be installed. He was super friendly and helpful and made the whole process super smooth

I’ve had a great experience leasing at BLVD 475. The community is well-maintained, modern, and in a super convenient location. The apartments are thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and well cared for. A huge shout-out to Janice in the leasing office — she truly made the experience stand out. She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Janice took the time to answer all my questions, made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was a good fit. Customer service like that makes a big difference. Highly recommend BLVD 475, especially if you get the chance to work with Janice!

BLVD 475 is a great building. The front desk staff are incredible, everything is clean, and the maintenance team is outstanding and very responsive. My one gripe is that you split the electricity evenly across the whole building - beware of this. The electric bills are astronomical. People are charging their cars, there are individual AC/heater units in every room, and who knows what else. Expect your PSEG bill to be about 450-550 per month, and there's not much you can do to lower your costs because you are paying for everyone else's electricity.
