The BLVD at Medical Center

The staff and maintenance are great! Omar has a top notch team at this community! The amenities are just what I am looking for. The location is a clear win for me, working at the Mays Cancer Center! Exactly what I need at this point in my life! Great place to live!!!

My husband and I toured this property on Wednesday 1/14/26 and LOVED it and Morgan Garcia was AWESOME! She was polite, offered a wealth of good information and was very professional. My husband and I felt like we were home. :)

Staff is amazing here but DO NOT live here if you’re not able to deal with children screaming nonstop from 4pm-11:40 pm every single night. The front desk is great and answers their phones and I love the apartment itself but the people in the neighborhood have no respect for their neighbors and let their children do whatever they want despite asking nicely for them to quiet down so people can sleep. They also just run across the street without looking or will ride their bikes towards a moving vehicle while their moms just look at you and keep taking to their friends. Everyone is terrified of dogs in this neighborhood too so you have to try to dodge them when walking your dog if you have one. I just moved in not even a month ago and am ready to move already I’m over these kids.

Toured the apartment . At first I was hesitant because the office was busy. I walked around the office and community room and found it has a warm feel, it even has work areas for residents. The team was busy dealing with ppl who live there but surprised that they were responsive and the ppl left satisfied. When I finally toured it is exactly what I’m looking for. I’m bringing my BF next week to tour .

WARNING: DO NOT LIVE HERE. This property is a disgrace, and management’s negligence puts both residents’ safety and well-being at risk. Their priorities are backwards, their standards are nonexistent, and their so-called “management” is nothing more than a cash grab. 1.    Filthy, Infested Units: Upon moving in, I was greeted not by a clean apartment, but by a roach infestation. Dead roaches in the carpet, walls, cabinets, sink—and plenty of live ones crawling around. This was not just an oversight; it was blatant disregard for even the most basic standards of habitability. Management was informed and did absolutely nothing. 2.    Unsafe Living Conditions: This complex is unsafe at all hours.
