The Bluffs at Tierra Contenta

This place is a nightmare. We moved in back in November. Our apt wasn't cleaned , our cabinets in the kitchen hasn't been fixed. Theres alot of things that needed to get done before our move in date. We found bed bugs in the room underneath the carpet as well. Management giving us the run around with all the situations going on and also had a couple of vehicle break ins. Also , I find it crazy how other residences have til the 5th to pay rent and we have til the 3rd to avoid a late fee.

Great place to live friendly staff clean community but rent is far too expensive for the area and what your getting its about $2000 for just rent alone no utilities included and they charge the whole community for water even if you don't use very much and the mail boxes were vandalized back in june of 2025 the residents are still waiting on replacements or repair now in January 2026 otherwise I'd give a 5 star review

To the Owners and Prospective Community Members, I am writing this review to highlight (shed a light) on the exceptional team at The Bluffs. As a single father who recently relocated with my 7-year-old son from the Midwest to the beautiful Southwest, finding the right apartment was very important to me. On a previous visit to Santa Fe and Taos, we were captivated by the area’s rich culture and breathtaking high desert scenery, which made the decision to move here an easy one. The challenge, however, was finding a home that fit both my son’s and my expectations within my set budget. Since I am in the process of building a home in Tesuque, north of Santa Fe, I needed something comfortable and welcoming for us in the meantime. After many exhausting searches, I came across The Bluffs website

I have lived here for a couple of years and all I can say is this new management has been absolutely amazing. Things are finally getting done. Pool is filled for the first time in a long time.

Tina and Heather have been very professional and when our plumbing was out, Tina sent an on call plumber and they fixed the plumbing right away and it works now! Our Air conditioner broke and Tina sent an on call Air conditioner team they fixed it! Tina called me back to make sure it was completed. The entire point of renting is so if something breaks it is repaired. Thank you Heather for being kind to my Mom who called up. We appreciate your kindness and assisting us with our renting needs. We are glad you are here to always help and not male us feel like we are a bother.
