The Blake Apartments

Had a great experience renting at the Blake, was sorry to leave but had to move away from West Seattle. The building has great views, clean apartments, and a spacious garage. Tom and the management team were easy to work with and special shout out to Mark who quickly handled my maintenance requests.

Tami from the leasing office has been AWESOME helping find the perfect apartment at The Blake. She was personable, professional, kind, and welcoming. She even gave my dog treats and welcomed her too! I feel safe and taken care of with this team and I look forward living here. (The reviews from 2 years ago must have been with a previous staff- don't sweat it!)

We bought a home here in West Seattle and recently moved out of the Blake Apartments after renting a bright, light-filled 2 bdr apartment for a year. We were so impressed with the staff -- the feeling of community they inspire, and the positive, helpful attitude that we experienced. Brandon was always there for us whenever we needed anything, and his upbeat, "can-do" personality combined with his stellar skillset was all that one could hope for in a Maintenance Manager. Lacy rocked it as a Property Manager -- responsive, always on top of things, and continually creating a friendly, community oriented atmosphere that made The Blake feel like home. And last but not least was Caleb, who fits in perfectly at the Blake and always made us feel like we had a good friend ready to lend a helping

We feel so fortunate to have called The Blake home. The building is in a perfect location, close to everything in West Seattle, but quiet. Everything was comfortable and very well maintained. And the management team is exceptional: Tom, Mark and Scott are so thoughtful and always go above and beyond. When returning to West Seattle, this is the first place we will call. Highly recommended!

The Blake is the best! Building manager Tom is on point, responsive and keeps this place clean. The handy man, Mark will fix your unit in seconds flat. If there are any issues at all, he responds quickly. The tenants and neighbors are respectful, nice, sometimes they are occasionally a little heavy footed upstairs. Overall I feel like I picked the best apartment complex I could ask for. I looked at many places and am so thankful to live at The Blake. We have an Amazon locker and the most bomb rooftop deck in town... what more do you need?
