Do not move here unless you expect to be exceedingly disappointed. From the conditions my friend and I moved into (cracked / broken appliances) , molded crevices, to the lack of assistance on the negligence of workers in the office. I don’t even know where to start. Jordan Davenport - Runs this location horribly and was ONLY ever cordial after I had called the corporate office in NOVA once they had charged me late fees for the insurance requirements 3 consecutive months. Now this follows after I have called the main office multiple times and emailed the following individuals including Devin Sanchez , Christie Britt, and another individual with the first name Jordan to ensure my insurance requirements have been met well before the deadline. Going on my second year. Location is great. Close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else that is needed. The office staff is great, friendly and always answers any questions I have. I have only needed maintenance once. And they took care of the issue quickly. They always have activities for the holidays thru out the year.

We've called the Birches home for the last two years while my husband is in school at Regent. It has been a good fit for our growing family. It's within 5-15 minutes of anything you need! Jordan does a great job running the place and has for years. Bethany brings fun and a creative flare to the complex. And we love the maintenance guys! Its hard to choose a favorite!

Genuinely the worst place and I know people will see this review and think I just had a bad experience but trust when I say do not move here. The office ladies are absolutely awful and will try to mean girl you into not speaking up for yourself. Bethany has a terrible attitude, will hang up the phone on you, and just overall not professional in any sense. She will get an attitude with you even if you haven’t done anything wrong and she gave you the wrong information just because she can’t admit she was wrong. The apartments have the landlord special where they just paint over everything, paint on the floor etc. From the time I moved in to the time I moved out we had constant water issues resulting in them asking us not to shower multiple times which is absurd especially in our first month

1st if I could leave no stars i would, this place is nasty... the people are rude and nasty to you, they are scamming just to get an application fee from you. I was approved and was told I had to have a 3000 dollar security deposit in 24 hours. Ive never heard of this before, and Bethany is very very rude and nasty. This whole property team is scamming and probably taking part of the deposit for themselves. Please no one apply to this place, im this close to contacting wavy 10 news to investigate them. Hopefully 10 is on myside, bc they are scammers, and there is a hot place in hell for people like this.
