The company does not maintain the property. You also cannot get mail through Amazon, usps, ups , fed-ex reliably. Drivers don’t have access to the building in and out it in a common area out of a need to deliver with now access to the building. You’ll receive a physical key to your door, any time you have a guest or food deliver you’ll need to go down to open the door. Packages will be stolen. Cigarette smoke in the building. Animal feces and urine throughout the building while you’ll have an add on fee for common area maintenance. The parking lot and walk to your vehicle are not maintained. If you are someone who isn’t physically able to shovel snow do not come here, you will be trapped in storms. The security camera are non functional.
