The Biltmore

one of the best apartments I have ever rented. Dax is hands down my favorite landlord, and his desire to be both a good landlord and attentive/respectful of the history unique to the property itself is obvious. Williams Properties has an outstanding maintenance crew and their attention to detail in maintaining the property and landscaping makes it a joy to live here. Every friend who visits for the first time says something along the lines of "Wow! What a great building!"

The Williams are the owner they are the most amazing wonderful people you will ever meet. The best landlords I have ever had. I would love to live here again but the apartments are always rented

Management and staff are incredible. I love living here. Location is safe and quiet. Lots of care has been put into maintaining this building. The residents are kind and respectful. My view from the third floor is beautiful. I can go on and on.

Dax and the maintenance team are on point. Great neighborhood. Loved it here, but we had to move for work. Check out all the Williams properties, they’re all very cool buildings.
