The Biltmore Apartments

My experience at The Biltmore Apartments was absolutely unacceptable and I feel compelled to warn anyone considering living here. From the beginning, My Unit 1211 had severe, prolonged mold exposure that made it unsafe to live in. Mold is a serious health hazard, and despite management being fully aware of the issue, they failed to take proper action to remediate it. I was forced to live with these dangerous conditions, which caused serious stress, uncertainty, and health concerns. Because of the unsafe environment, I was temporarily displaced from my unit. During this time, management showed a shocking lack of accountability and professionalism. Communication was inconsistent, concerns were minimized or ignored, and I was left handling the disruption and financial strain caused entirely

They could do better, but it would cost them more, so they don't. Here's my assessment after living here 2 years: Apartment #513 specifically The AC does not keep up with the summer heat. Frequently stuck at 78 degrees for hours. They even sent out letters saying this is just the way it is because Texas is so hot. In reality, the ACs are outdated and they do not pay for upgrades because they have a corporate mindset. The tub overflow leads to the floor! Not the internal plumbing system. Fantastic apartments with a great ambiance. I love my patio and the staff are very helpful and are there always if I have any questions. Would highly recommend anyone to check these properties out for a great price.

On 1/24/26 we had a bad freeze in Texas. It was a night of icy precipitation, followed by freezing temperatures. Everyone knew it was coming, including the apartment complex. On 1/25/26 the last 3 steps of every building in the complex , which are exposed to the weather, were basically blocks of ice. The apartment management failed to pour any salt, sand, cat litter or anything on the steps, or anywhere in the complex, making the steps a deadly trap for any resident wanting to leave their unit. I obviously had a bad fall that left me all beat up. When I called the complex emergency line to complain, I got a call back from an AI bot suggesting I take precautions when going down the stairs. A few hours later they did pour down something, but I never got a call back to see if I had been injur
