If I could give no starts i would! starting off with infestation of roches, they messages my husband about getting an exterminator to come and they never show up, little by little started seeing different types of bugs in the living room including worms. I have a 6 month old learning to crawl and this is unacceptable. The water also gets shut off for plumbing issues but it is a constant thing.

Just moved in and I love it! I remember a time when these apartments were dirty and you didn't feel safe anywhere near them. Things have changed a lot here. Management is doing a wonderfully job of cleaning these apartments up and making it safe for everyone to live here. I hope to have a long residence here. Keep up the good work.

This property does not work with credit issues. If you have been impacted by COVID do NOT go to this property. With being in a bad part of town already you have to have excellent credit to even be considered. Poor management that they would not even consider renting to someone who has a full time job but has some credit issues caused by COVID. Terrible place!!

Awful place water comes out in different color and smells always shutting down water bed bugs and Roaches two year never went away they will go into your aparment with out notice and take stuff been here two years this people have no work ethic t good luck getting help from their uslees staff i would run

We currently reside on this quiet complex in Glendale az the people here are kind and caring also the the staff is punctual on addressing any issues you might have regarding your unit plus we feel safe due to our new security system also new automatic gate .
