Great experience with Beth Atkinson and her team! The house had an accepted offer the day it was listed. And the offer was more than the listing price. She priced the listing price at exactly where it needed to be for a quick sale. The house was a trust home that was previously owned by my parents for 48 years. So, it needed some updates to make it more appealing. Beth assisted me with suggesting the updates and recommendations on paint colors and flooring material types/color (carpet and vinyl tile planking); that resulted in a very nice final appearance. Since I am not local to where the house is located, Beth also helped me with her subcontractor for Electrical repair; that was required by the Inspection. Beth and her team are awesome! They are lifelong Midwest City people who know the area and are well known in the area. That’s definitely a big plus! I had to sell my mom’s house and I thought there might be some title issues. However her and her team had them all resolved well before closing. Beth and her team did a fabulous job finding me the perfect home even during this sellers market that we are currently in. She helped me make an offer the seller couldn't refuse.
