Been a resident of this building for 13 months, and I’ve had water leakage issues for 2 out of those 13 months, in separate instances, with no guarantee that this won’t happen again. The super and building staff are great but the owner/operator is not.
The Berkley is a great place to live. The building itself feels very high quality and the management does a great job keeping things in order.
