If safety and cleanliness are important to you, this is the place to be. The building is secure, with keycard access required for both entry and your specific floor. Everything is always clean, and the neighbors are friendly. The appliances are brand new, stainless steel, and there’s even a washer/dryer combo right in my unit. Myranda, the property manager, and Bailey, the leasing manager, are always so friendly and personable — they really make you feel at home. After living here for a year, I truly can’t see myself living anywhere else. The rooftop grill and being able to watch fireworks on the Fourth of July and during Mud Hens games is the cherry on top!

Great Place to stay. The Berdan was a great place to stay, you have to keep in mind the location you are moving to if it's downtown and especially the place I was at. I wasn't prepared for the noise of the bar outside my window during the summer months, if that's your thing then cool enjoy the music :) . The apartment I was in also had enormous gigantic huge freaking windows, granted these are good to let the sunlight in but it gets cold in the winter, plus the exposed brick walls were amazing to look at but they didn't hold the heat in all that well. Fortunately they have an amazing maintenance staff that was able to fix these issues. Also if you have a flat screen tv they will help you mount it for a small charge but it's nice to have that option. When I initially moved here they didn't

Super charming building, very safe and clean. Such a great location downtown and the apartments are just stunning. The brick and high ceilings give so much charm and character. Bailey was extremely helpful on the phone- thank you!

Every inch of the property is oozing with character. The leasing manager Bailey has been very helpful and friendly. Edit: On my second year of living here and still loving it.

Great place to live. Any issues they fix right away. Secure, safe, and friendly environment. Washer and dryer combo isn’t the best. But apartment complex is always clean, and responsive.
