The Bennett Apartments & Townhomes

My girlfriend and I recently moved in here. We have been loving it! We moved from a studio on the strip and this place feels so much more like home. We have five times the room we did before, an oven, dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, bath tub, all things we didn't have before. The best part is, it's the exact same price we were paying for our studio. The neighborhood has a ton to offer, walking distance to probably 200+ stores/restaurants. 20 minute walk to Chinatown. 10 min walk to several grocery stores. Post office down the road. Couldn't ask for a better area. The neighbors are friendly, in just a few weeks of being here we've met some great people already. This apartment complex suits every single need me and my guy have and more. We picked the one bedroom townhouse. It's loft style which we love an open concept. You don't hear downstairs when upstairs and when downstairs you can't hear TV upstairs. Great for couples that have different schedules. Washer and dryer included along with central air that works very well, dishwasher, and full sized fridge and freezer. There is a shower bath combo in a spacious bathroom. The neighbors are quiet and friendly, the dogs around here are well behaved as well. Definitely a family vibe complex. Management helpful and friendly. Beyond expectations. I’ve been living here for a year and a half, and I can honestly say Ms. Marisol De La Cruz has made my experience at The Bennet a great one. As the head of management on the property, she is professional, responsive, and truly understanding. She goes above and beyond to make your stay at The Bennet smooth and stress-free. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and the community here. I really appreciate everything she does.

I have been living here for four months and I am very happy. So far no bugs, everything new and clean in the apartment. Management very responsive and so is maintenance. More of us should speak up and post, I wanted to post before but it took seeing others do it recently for me to speak up.
