The Belmont at Eastview

My wife and I have lived at the Belmont on Eastview for over a year now and I have had a wonderful experience. Prior to moving in, I toured a lot of complexes which seemed to be lacking certain features (including space). Belmont truly has everything I was looking for compared to other complexes. The property is beautiful and well kept, especially in the summer. It is safe, with a security guard who monitors the main gate. The administrative staff have always been kind and respectful of my concerns and extremely prompt with their responses. Maintenance has also been very prompt, and all tickets have been addressed and resolved upon request. I’ve had a wonderful experience living here the past year and a half. The property always feels safe, clean, and well-maintained, which truly makes a difference day to day. The leasing managers are exceptional, they are always looking out for tenants and are incredibly responsive. Any time I’ve encountered even a minor issue, it’s been addressed by the next day, without fail. The common areas are consistently spotless, and the attention to detail really shows. I also love how the community comes together for holiday events and decorations; it makes the property feel warm and welcoming. I’ve lived at this apartment complex for the past 18 months and have had a great experience overall. I’ve always felt safe here, and the property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and taken care of. The amenities are a huge plus—especially the pool, pickleball courts, gym, and fun resident events that really help build a sense of community. Management has also been wonderful. They are responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up. It’s been a comfortable and enjoyable place to call home.

Just recently moved in and it's been great so far. The leasing agent, Jennifer Grenard, did a terrific job of showing us around and walking us through the process. Mike McCandless answered all of our questions and was friendly and generous with his time, as was James, the head of maintenance. Apartment is clean, facilities are very nice, and we're looking forward to getting to know our neighbors better.

So far, my boyfriend and I have lived here for 3 months, and we absolutely love it! Everyone is so kind and so helpful in the office! We just adopted a cat, and the shelter was giving us a little difficult time, but Mike and Kami helped us sort everything out. We love all the events that they put together. We cannot wait for summer to see how the pool is!
