The Bella Apartments

Horrible place to move to since they put new management. They don’t keep up with maintenance, never answer calls, no one is ever in the office. Nothing gets resolved living here just terrible management.

The process of getting into an apartment was quick and easy. Robert helped me through the entire process and kept me up to date on what was going on. Shanice in the office is very helpful and available when I need her. The maintenance staff is also very nice! Ignacio is a hard worker and he will get to your work order quickly, I just needed a light bulb changed but he was very helpful to me!

I've been residing here for almost a year now & I honestly have no complaints. If there's ever a maintenance issue, it's handled promptly. The office manager is nice & professional. The apartments are pretty quiet, especially in the evening. I have no complaints.

The young lady in the front, I think her name is Shanice was Super polite. Her welcoming spirit has me definitely considering calling this place home. I also like the alarm systems. Go check the place out. Ask for Shanice. She’ll get you together for sure😁

Everything it’s good I like it here but I don’t like the new BLACK WINDOW SCREEN my inside apartments looks so dark and I like the sun to come inside during the day, I don’t like having the lights on ALL day hi early I’ feel like I’m getting depression because of this. Is there a way we can contact someone to talk to then to remove this window screens please? I have talked to my other neighbors and they don’t like them either.
