The Beckham by BX5

Lived here a whole 12 month lease. I moved out the last day of August and have YET to receive my deposit refund. They put the wrong address on the first check and claimed a new one was sent out October 9th. Here we are November 13th and I have yet to receive my check. Terrible customer service. Arely Victoria has been giving me the run around this whole time. I would like to get in contact with a manager that can help me set up an arrangement for receiving my security deposit back. I moved out August 29, 2025 and I have had hiccups with getting my check sent to the correct address. I was told By Arely Victoria that my check was sent out October 9th and it would take 30 days to get to me. It is November 20th; 30 days since it was "shipped" and I have yet to receive anything.

My package got delivered to the wrong apartment. The tenant took my package to the office. I arrive at 6:06 and the lady in the office wouldn’t open the door to give me the package. She just sat there ignoring me. It cost $0 to be kind. If you want to live here be ready to accept the bare minimum

Don’t move here if you expect maintenance to come fix anything in your apartment. Leasing staff and resident staff try their best to help but I’ve been dealing with my AC not working properly for the past 2 months. Every day I get home and it’s above 80 in my apartment.

Do Not Move Here – Unacceptable Living Conditions I strongly advise against moving into Beckham Apartments. My experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating, and I feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake. From the beginning, package theft has been a major issue. There are no secured locker rooms for deliveries, which makes it easy for packages to be stolen. To make matters worse, the apartment numbers repeat across different buildings, causing confusion for residents, delivery drivers, and guests alike. The property is poorly maintained. Trash piles up regularly, and instead of disposing of it properly, many tenants simply leave their garbage under trees or in random locations. Positive note: My 5 star ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️rating for these apartments is SOLEY for the experience that I have had with April T, my leasing agent. There is no words to express what a wonderful person and work ethic she has. I moved from out of state with very little knowledge of the area and process but helped me the whole way to find an apartment for me and my son. She’ll never know how much I appreciate her🙏 BONUS:I do love the Keyless entry & the smart home system in the renovated unit .
