The Beckett

The units themselves are nice, builder grade and the front office staff are friendly and helpful. But there are a couple drawbacks to consider about this place. There isn't any security or gates leading up to the units. The walls and ceilings are paper thin, and you can hear every move your neighbor makes from below or beside. The community is small and has great proximity to Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Harris Teeter, etc. Overall an alright experience living here so far.

My experience at this community has been disappointing due to concerns about security, communication, and issue resolution. After experiencing theft, I did not feel the existing security measures were sufficient, and the on-site management response process was slow, unclear and unsatisfactory- --as later acknowledged by Regional management. Communication with management was often difficult, with emails requiring multiple follow-ups to receive a response. At times, I received inconsistent information from different staff members, which made resolving matters unnecessarily stressful. Lease-related matters and move-out arrangements also became unexpectedly complicated due to inconsistent information, and no response from management until I continued to reach out, which made an already stres

I lived at The Beckett for almost two years and genuinely loved it. During my tenancy, I only had a couple of maintenance issues in my apartment and the property did an excellent job of fixing them efficiently. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. I did encounter one hiccup with management but Rachel, the property manager, ultimately handled it well. If you are considering living here, I recommend it. It’s in a good location, reasonably priced, and offers a good community. I genuinely believe as long as Rachel is there, you will be well taken care of!

My fiancé, dog, and I have lived at the Beckett for the last 2 years since it opened and have enjoyed our time there more than words can describe! Management is amazing. Rachel, Anna, and the maintenance crew do such an incredible job keeping the property clean and well taken care of. The resident events are so fun, amenities and apartments are beautiful and always in great condition. I couldn’t recommend this apartment enough, we have met some of our closest friends here and are so thankful to have called this place home the last couple years!

I recently toured The Beckett in Charleston with Anna, and I can’t say enough good things about both the property and her! From the moment I walked in, everything felt so welcoming and well-kept. The community is beautiful with modern finishes, thoughtful layouts, and such a comfortable vibe all around. But what really made the experience stand out was Anna. She went above and beyond during the tour!! So friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to show me everything The Beckett has to offer.
