Ms. Kiwanda was so friendly and helpful! She answered all of our questions and was so kind and understanding. The apartments and common spaces were absolutely beautiful!

The tour guide, Kiwanda, was great! She answered all of our questions and was able to walk my future roommates and I through the process. Since it was our first time doing this she was great help and the apartments themselves are really nice! A lot of things are included and it’s a very good deal and a great way to start renting as a beginner.

I had a touring session here with Kiwanda, and she was super helpful and resourceful. She was friendly and never got annoyed with our millions of questions. This is a really nice apartment complex and definitely worth the money. I can’t wait to move in!

We toured these apartments today with my son who is a KSU student, and it was definitely a top contender. We were impressed with the amenities and the quiet, clean complex. Ebony, was an excellent guide and answered all our questions.

The staff, Akay and Nataari, were super helpful when I came over for a tour. Very modern architecture and well designed 2x2. Hallways are particularly cool between rooms. Demo room was well furnished and clean, staff helped with every question I had. They also have a cleaning crew for the outside!
