The Beacon at Seminole Lakes

I have enjoyed my stay The Beacon. I Marnie Thrush is an amazing property manager. Everything is on point, clean, quite. Any issues with apartment you put in service order or speak to Marnie and its taken care. The new maintenance manager is quick, very professional, and great personality.

This place is horrible to live, they do not fix anything. The washers are always broke, you pay so much money and live in a dump. The trash is always all over the ground instead of in the dumpsters, Broken glass in the parking lot. the Dumpster just caught on fire new years and they haven't even said or done anything about it and this is not the first dumpster fire. The 3 bedrooms say $1,700. I wouldn't pay that to live in a dump

I moved into The Beacon at Seminole Lakes in 2019 as my very first apartment all on my own, sure I’ve lived other places on my own however this was my first apartment. Of course I have had issues with my apartments yes I moved to a bigger unit, went from a 1/1 to a 2/2 after 3 years so now I have lived and made The Beacon at Seminole Lakes my home for the last 6 years and I’m ok with it. Do I want a house for my family of course who doesn’t however with the costs of home ownership so high what’s the point lol. Even though maintenance is busy at times they have ALWAYS taken care of me and my needs to get the apartment fixed or repaired. Marnie she’s a special kind of person, she’s kind and caring and a God Loving Christian. You can move here and make it a home or go down the road and pay

Love it here just renewed my lease for a second year.playground and pool are by each other so you always have eyes on your babies.people are to themselves. Manger marsh is an amazing woman always looking for ways to improve the community for the families here. Pet friendly and family friendly community to live in. Been here 2 years and looking forward to 2 more.affordable rent.

I've lived here over 3 years. Is it perfect? No. If the location is right for you is it worth it for the price? Yes. Marnie is an excellent manager over the complex and is super helpful. Most maintenance complaints get resolved rather quickly. I just signed another year lease with them.
