The Bay NYC Luxury Apartment Rentals

I’ve been living in this building for three months now, and I can honestly say only positive things about it. The staff is amazing and always keeps everything spotless. I hardly even notice my neighbors — the walls are very thick and soundproof. The appliances are high quality, everything is brand new, and the AC works so quietly you barely notice when it turns on. All the amenities are fantastic — the children’s room, playground, and rooftop pool are wonderful, and all the neighbors are so friendly. We also have 24/7 grocery store which is located really close, lots of playgrounds, cafe’s, bus and train stops which is great. The only small downside is that the wall finish is a bit fragile, but it’s not a big issue for me. I honestly enjoy living in this apartment complex.

Amazing, top tier building. You do not hear any noise from your neighbors or outside. They keep the building spotless, they clean daily. I LOVE this buiding!!!! I would recommend to any and everyone. Feel like royalty living in this building. So serene and peaceful.
