11/8/25 Reply to baxly's comment: No, thank YOU for finally completing my maintenence request about the mold, both spots of mold, months AFTER I had moved out. Thank YOU for "fixing the issue" the first time, even though maintenence was so unthourogh they missed a spot on the wall behind my bed. Never did i know such joy living in savannah until I moved out of the baxly! FULL REVIEW BELOW. BE CAREFUL choosing baxly! THEY PAINT OVER MOLD rather than removing it. When moving into the Baxly apartments, the staff was very welcoming and helpful with any and all questions or concerns we had regarding amenities, trash scheduling, or the package/mailroom.

WARNING - Do not rent apartment 343 from Baxly. There is a mold issue in that apartment. I had the apartment tested when my daughter was living there and it tested positive for an “abundance of Trichoderma mold". The apartment claimed to clean it, but there were still signs of it when we moved out in October, 2025. In addition, when I went there to help her move out, I couldn't be there for more then a few hours before my chest and throat got sore and a terrible headache set in. That never happens to me. I mentioned it to my daughter and she said she felt like that all the time. I'm just sorry that I didn't move her out sooner. That apartment IS NOT HEALTHY.

Great apartment so far! I love whenever we we call mechanic for some issues and they come right after call. And officers here in Baxly and lovely dog Baxly, everyone is amazing. I didn’t realize it while I was living here, but I can tell they have the best management in Savannah.

Jewels was a wonderful tour guide and had all the information we could ever need about The Baxly. She answered all of our questions, was really friendly, and made us feel very comfortable.
