I have lived at the Avery for a year and some change. If you are looking for a place that is affordable and still a very decent area to live, this is it. For an older apartment building, it is very well kept. I have never had an issue with extra monthly billing which is great. The management staff is always helpful, quick to respond and transparent. They send reminder texts that keep the apartment members updated on issues, downtime etc. Any time I have ever had an issue in the apartment, it was resolved within a couple of days. When I first moved in I had an issue with the dish washer and they brought me a brand new one and had no issues since. My husband and I lived here from 2016-2024. Some of this is a year dated, however this place doesn't change much throughout the years Good: -Privacy -The office works do what they can for you and are so kind and helpful. -The residents are good on the neighborhood watch. We have helped others find pets, notify the office of car lights accidently left on. In all, it's mostly polite neighbors that keep to themselves. -Maintenance cares about safety of residents and will fix your issues in the apartment quickly. Everyone that has worked here were always kind to me. Some men in trades treat women poorly and these men when I was there didn't. -Maintenance most of the time will have your reports fixed within 24 hours to 2 days. -Office gives you ample warning before they come into your space -W

The Avery was safe and clean. The only reason we left was because the apartment was too small. The complex is a little old and outdated, but it’s a solid place to live. Try to get a second floor apartment because you can hear your neighbors if you’re downstairs. All of our neighbors were very kind. Cheryl and Haley were nice, too, and helped any way they could. Overall good place to live.

Applied and was given all information to get the apartment once I turned in all documents . I Spoke with them at 5pm before closeing and ensured them the last document would be there when they arrive first thing in the morning and the could call me they agreed . When I eoke up first thing in the morning the apartment was allegedly gone 😡 even though I was the last person to speak with them that night and had already processed my application and had all my documents in 2 days prior DO NOT COUNT ON THEM TO UPHOLD THEIR WORD

My friend lives here The Avery has been there my whole life they used to be called Tall Tree apartments but they are newly renovated and have changed there name to The Avery I believe it's been about two to more three years now.They are nicely remodeled reasonably priced and great neighbors and great management in the office.
