Living at The Avery has been a great experience from day one. The leasing office is outstanding—Shay, Caleb and Gina are genuinely helpful, responsive, and professional. They make the entire process feel easy and are always willing to take the time to answer questions or help with anything that comes up. You can tell they actually care about residents, which is rare. Maintenance has also been excellent. Robbie is prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. Any request I’ve submitted has been handled quickly and correctly, with clear communication throughout. It may be a bit unusual to write a review after only going through the presentation and consultative stage of finding the right apartment at The Avery—but having worked with hundreds of people over the years, building teams and being part of both great ones and not-so-great ones—I felt compelled to share this. We’re currently working with Caleb Buffin, the property’s sales executive, to lease a unit at The Avery, and after visiting at least 20 different properties around Lexington, this one stands out—not just because of the apartments themselves, but because of Caleb. I'm totally appalled by the way the property manager gina elkins treated us as we are well qualified for the apartment rental at the Avery her air from the start was not good making my friend and I very uncomfortable. She was hesitant and came across like we were NOT welcomed. As she brushed us off me being a genuine nice guy said to her "have a great day" which actually shocked me that she totally ignored me its funny though there was another young lady there who exclaimed have a nice day Even though she was not the person assisting us she still responded to us as we made our exit. But to add insult to injury gina didn't even make the appointment for the next day like she said she would hmmm I wonder WHY even though I know WHY having experience with smaller apartment complex development I

I recently moved into The Avery and couldn’t be happier! The community is beautiful, well-maintained, and feels like home from day one. I especially want to highlight Bianca in the leasing office — her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
