The Avery At River City Marketplace

I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and I truly enjoy it. The maintenance team is always helpful and responsive—I’ve only had to call once for a clogged tub (totally my fault 😅). The women in the office are amazing as well. Rebeca and Tia are my favorites—they’re always so kind, patient, and informative. They genuinely make you feel taken care of. I also love that the community hosts almost monthly events. It really makes this place feel welcoming and connected. Overall, it’s just a great community. I will definitely be renewing my lease and may even upgrade to a two-bedroom. They’ve taken such great care of me and made my first experience living on my own with my baby boy incredibly smooth and stress-free

My experience was a little frustrating at first, signing lease. I had to sign lease 3 times before it finally went through. Olivia was awesome very helpful and professional. My apartment home is very nice the community seems nice, although I’ve only been here less than a week. I relocated from Maryland hopefully I made the right decision. So far I’m pleased at my decision. Thank You, Natalie Carter

Other than the apts being lovely. The woman working the office on Saturday was amazing!!!! I cannot remember her name. But she's very nice and she really connected with us just as people. It was refreshing

First year was good, but it went downhill fast. The first thing that happened was when I moved in the winter all my plants were dead in the flower bed I asked them to replace it in the spring. They never did. I asked again, and over a year later they never fixed it. I asked them what the vicious dog policy was and they said they don’t have one. They don’t care until someone gets mauled. I had to buy a new washer and drier because the washers don't wash and the dryers don't dry. I made a noise complaint, and one of the staff members told the tenant that it was me and they retaliated against me by doing door checks and throwing trash on my patio . Even when I put up a camera the Harassment persisted. Creating a hostile environment. I told them again what was happening and they blew me off

Everything in the application and moving process was very smooth and easy. The apartment was clean and in great condition, and Brianna was exceptionally helpful.
