The Avenue at San Marcos

I just wanted to say that my experience touring The Avenue was fantastic! The community is lovely, the apartments themselves are spacious, and the amenities are impressive, but I was especially impressed with the new leasing manager Kamee. SOOOO friendly, genuinely helpful, and super professional. The leasing process was so smooth because of her, and you can tell she cares. The staff overall is welcoming and approachable, which makes The Avenue feel like home. Highly recommend!

I joined a friend during their tour of The Ave recently, and I was genuinely blown away. Kamee, who just stepped into the leasing manager role, made everything feel effortless and welcoming. She was warm, well-informed, and took plenty of time to walk us through details and answer every question. The units feel open and roomy, the amenities are impressive, and the overall atmosphere of the community is awesome. Kamee’s upbeat attitude and professionalism honestly made me wish I was moving in myself. If you’re looking in San Marcos, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The property is always kept clean, maintenance responds quickly, and the community feels really welcoming. One thing that really stands out is the front office staff; especially Leslie. She’s always friendly, professional, and willing to help with any questions or concerns.

There have been so many changes since November. I can’t wait for the new gym, the sauna room, and the package lockers! It’s definitely giving luxury. What do they say “bank for your buck”, especially with the new office and gym layout, I am all for the mid-century vibes! Exact concept I want in my own apartment and all the staff have cool and friendly energy.

ive lived here since 2023, and its been really nice seeing the changes happening! the front office admin asfr super awesome as well ive always been helped by elijah! whether it be maintenance of packages, hes always been super patient and understanding.
