The Avenue at Polaris Apartments

We had an absolutely incredible experience touring The Avenue at Polaris. We had several other strong contenders, when we were deciding where we wanted to live and it wasn’t the amazing layout of the apartment, the updated fixtures, the maxed out gym equipment or even the sick pool and grilling area. For us the selling point and overall deciding factor was our tour guide, Reche! While yes, this apartment fit all of our needs the best, and was within our established budget, we could have easily decided to save more money and go elsewhere by sacrificing amenities or having a desire for a specific feature win out, but no other leasing agent or property tour made us feel as included as Reche did on our tour of The Avenue. Have filed a maintenance request for issues in the apt. And all have been resolved in a timely manor! Everything was taken care of in a timely manor and with professionalism to say the least! They work hard in silence and continue to have residences enjoy!

I have been very pleased to have leased an apartment at the Avenue at Polaris. Both Kevin and Reche were very friendly and helpful during the leasing process and in all of our interactions. They were alway willing to take however much time was necessary to answer questions and guide me through the leasing paperwork. The Avenue’s corporate office can be assured that they are great ambassadors for the complex.

Definitely not luxury, trash services are subpar. Leasing agents tend to be rude and this hasn’t been the best experience. I had higher hopes for this complex and won’t renewing.
