I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment community so far. Elijah was incredibly helpful during my move-in process and made sure everything was set up and ready to go, which made the transition smooth and stress-free. Andre has also been tremendously helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance—whether it was with packages, keys, access codes, or updates regarding my apartment. Both Elijah and Andre are always friendly and welcoming every time I walk through the leasing office or see them around the property, which really makes a difference. Overall, the staff is very kind and attentive, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into creating a sense of community, including hosting events for residents. I’m looking forward to joining one soon.

The Austin Apartments is an excellent, well-maintained community and a truly wonderful place to call home. The property is consistently clean and inviting, and the office staff ( Especially Elijah) goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued and supported. They are not only friendly and professional, but also responsive and genuinely committed to accommodating residents’ needs in a timely and courteous manner

Gorgeous place but not worth living here in my opinion. I usually don’t mind paying more for luxuries but living in this building is a constant inconvenience. Every machine in this building is constantly breaking down. I am not exaggerating when I say the elevator is down every two days. The clicker for the entrance gate has not worked since moving in. There’s always issues with the washer and dryer machines as well. You would think that because the rent is so expensive that these problems would be sparse but I was genuinely surprised that there is literally always an issue here. Edit: Came back to say, this review still stands. Although there is new management, issues continue to arise. Elevators have been down for days, keep in mind the apartment has very long hallways and there are two

Honest review: The Austin layout is beautiful and different from other luxury apartments so that’s a PLUS! However, there is lots of building issues. Doors not locking so outside people can get in easy. Gates breaking down, elevators broken for months. There’s not much socialization or activities between residents and not much relationship with the staff. The best staff they had was Monica but unfortunately she was let go with the management change! She did a great job at bringing residents together and was just super friendly and helpful which changed the whole atmosphere at The Austin. If she was still here, they fixed property issues and had more social events I would give them a 5.

I lived here for 3 years. LOVED the 2 units i lived in. Great space and storage for the price. Though built in 2017, it was pretty updated in the units. My favorite thing was the water heaters being outside your unit. Now the exterior of the property did have some inconveniences...broken doors, broken gates, broken elevators, gym equipment stolen, overflowing trash bins. I lived on the 4th floor and the 1st elevator closest to me had been down since June 2025 (moved out 11/1 not sure if they have it back up but wasn't running when I left) and since i moved in in 2023 one of the other elevator has been on and off, so it's not reliable. There are 3 other elevators on the opposite side that rarely went down, but it was inconvenient having to walk all the way to the other side and back. If you
