The Aurora Apartments

I would give 0 or negative stars if I could. Apparently management doesn't like broken things on their property unless its theirs. Ill explain. The gate to the parking lot has been broken the 9 plus months I've lived here, resulting in my truck being stolen. When police found it it was very heavily damaged and I paid well over 200 dollar to get it back to my apartments, well they towed it anyway. Which is pretty funny when you consider the fact my mailbox was broken into and destroyed SIX MONTHS AGO and still hasn't been fixed. They won't take money orders, checks, and half of the debit cards won't work on their website. So they make it almost impossible to pay your bills too. Every maintenance request i put in takes at least a month to get to. If ever. And they never, and I do mean NEVER

Do not trust that the quality of your unit will be up to par with your expectations. These units l, along with The Atlas Apartment property, are managed and maintained by the same owners and will ultimately not provide adequate repairs. Their property is heavily in need of renovation, and most of the time, patch work is done to make the unit somewhat livable. Examples may include cast iron plumbing, absent fire extinguishers, outdated outlets, outdated appliances, no security, broken doors, worn out window's, non-functional gates, and bad maintenance quality control. In addition, there's talk about selling the property at this time and leaving the problems to someone else to deal with, so we're do we as the tenants stand. Nevertheless, stand clear and away from both the Aurora and The Atla

There is no point of calling because they never answer, ALWAYS get sent straight to voicemail. They never fix anything and a VERY BAD ROWCH PROBLEM. We had no roaches when we moved in until they start doing pest controls and come out like crazy no amount of pest control will help. The parking is “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE” just awful..

The absolute worst apartments ever. Last month, the upstairs tenant busted a pipe and leaked brown dirty water in our kitchen and bathroom. It stunk so bad and when I complained I was told it was our pets that smelled. We had no pets. This month our faucet water is tea water brown. I went to complain yet again and the manager said he doesn’t know what to say or do. I wrote a list of jobs and updates that need desperately to get done and I was told that they weren’t in budget. Ive been wanting out of this place for quite some time now and I seem to always get the same answer. These apartments should really be closed down especially since they are not up to code and no one ever fixes anything.

Ever since there’s new management it’s been nothing but problems here.. they simply do not care for residents and never want to fix anything . The lady that works in the office always seems to have an attitude when we explain all our issues .We have been living here for almost 7 years you would expect them to be more considerate we have never missed a month of rent and always pay in time .When we come upon issues with the apartment they simply never want to deal with it and when they do they can’t even do the job right it’s ridiculous .. We are looking forward to leave this place !
