Customer Reviews
I genuinely wanted to leave a positive review for this complex, but after being incredibly patient and seeing no results, I feel I have no choice but to warn others. (This is my experience, I do not speak for everyone or how your experience will be.) The Good: The only high point of living here is the maintenance team. They are responsive, professional, and do their best with what they are given. Unfortunately, once an issue goes beyond a quick fix, management fails to step up. The Reality of Living Here: Neglected Structural Repairs: My flooring has been rising and breaking apart since February 2025. Management has sent four different people to "look" at it, but looking at a problem doesn’t fix it. While every professional says this is a multi-day project, management insists it can
I do enjoy my apartment BUT it’s overpriced for what you get and you can get cheaper right down the road. I have pieces of my ceiling falling off, I’ve had leaks that caused fuzzy mold to grow which was sprayed with bleach and then wiped with a rag and painted over, the gym is not 24 hour access and hasn’t been for at least 5 years, the bathtub was refurbished by painting it so now after showers it will dry and chip off paint. Maintenance responds quickly and everyone is nice but the overall upkeep of the complex I feel is super mid. I do feel there is a bit of a spider issue. My sisters apartment in building 3 I feel gets sprayed more than building 8… Oh and I think it’s odd that they increased her NOT refurbished apartment to a refurbished price but wouldnt even replace the dishwasher
Was charged a $975 security deposit prior to moving in 3 years ago and when I asked for it back was told that it says in my lease there was $0 deposit and was read only 3/4 money orders that were given to them. Maintenance never completed jobs, popcorn ceiling constantly peeling off, major water/pipe issues. Pipes burst in the apartment above mine and maintenance was notified only to come days later. Cut the ceiling out and left a hole for nearly a week. Damage to the floor for the same incident resulted in a large hole in the floor for days with a drop to the ground with a toddler in the home. No cameras in the parking area so if damage happens to your car there's nothing you can do. Any complaints about the property will be ignored or blamed on you. They're also charging carpet cleaning
This was my first apartment, and I regretted every minute of living there. I hated inviting people over because the place made me feel embarrassed and honestly a little trashy. There was mold everywhere, the ceiling fell in during the middle of the night, and leaks were a constant issue. On top of that, there were water bugs and spiders no matter how clean I kept the place. The only positive was that the community itself was quiet — but that’s about the only good thing I can say. These pictures are only ones I have but TRUST there were more problems.
Recently moved into a unit here and so far I love it! The community is nice, quiet, and clean. The maintenance team works quickly on the requests to get everything fixed. Aaliyah and Novatany have been the most helpful from answering my tons of questions as well as checking in on me after I got settled. 10/10
