The Atwater Apartments

We went to Milwaukee for my girlfriend’s birthday. We stayed with a friend and it was perfect. From the moment we arrived the building seemed spotless. The apartments were spacious and the attention to detail by management was noticeable. Id highly recommend this place. If I lived in Milwaukee this is a place id absolutely consider.

I got a guided tour of the 2BR units & amenities. The guide was not able to answer any of my questions. There was no follow-up to my questions after the visit either. The office manager came out as not wanting to interact with me, and she didn't seem interested in renting the unit I was interested in. I was not impressed with the fitness area. There was garbage piled up in some parking spaces. I pointed out that the windows were damaged in the unit they showed me and there was no concern or promise to fix ahead of me moving in. I was not impressed, especially with what they charge for rent. ***If you look at the response to my review, that would expain why I never got any answers to my questions - they never logged my tour. Not the professional team I would want to manage where I live.

A very nice new apartment building in Shorewood. Units are modern, spacious and clean and the location is excellent. It's located about half way between the Lake and Oakland Ave.

Wonderful experience touring with Liam. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions .

Management has been great throughout process and the layouts are well thought out for people who work from home.
