The Attleigh

I’ve been living here at the Attleigh for a little over a year. It’s definitely one of the worst apartments I’ve lived in by far. As a Columbus native I am tired of these cookie cutter apartments that they are building all over Columbus. They are cheaply made and not very thought out. I’ve tried to use the amenities twice: the grill and the movie theater and was unable to do so due to them not working. The utilities are with PEM and it’s beyond expensive. There is never any parking out here and it has become a daily occurrence. Cars park wherever they want to and they will block you in due to there being no parking. People drive crazy and speed through the parking lot. People work on their cars right out in front of the buildings. They park in handicap spots with no handicap placard.I’ve

I love living at the Attleigh ! The staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to make living here very comfortable !! Their maintenance man (Lee) does a fantastic job of fixing any problems I have had. And he fixed my issues the same day !!! The staff and maintenance are so friendly, kind, and respectful. A big shout out to Lee, Shana, and Nathan ! Keep up the great work! I am very appreciative of you all

I’ve really enjoyed living here — it’s a great place to call home. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments themselves are spacious and comfortable, with everything kept in good condition. The staff is responsive and friendly, always quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests. The location is also convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

Me and my husband have lived in these apartments for eight years… And I’m very pleased. I absolutely love the office people!!! I’ve always had a very good rapport with them and can’t speak highly enough about them and the jobs that they do for this community. Maintenance gets done ASAP, which I greatly appreciate… and they understand that the people that live here , this is our home and they’re more than willing to listen and help in anyway they can if there is any problem. ❤️

Ive been here almost 5 months. Staff is always very nice and responsive. Any maintence issue have been addressed in a timely manner and the maintence staff are very nice as well. The only reason Im not doing 5 stars is the dumpster area. The people that half throw their garbage away leave boxes & bags on the outside. They have an area for bulk items ppl just throw trash in . It doesnt appear the staff lets it get to bad but it still gets nasty over there imo. Other than that pretty nice place parking is okay no issues on my side 🫠
