The apartment complex has a lot of great qualities but the random fire alarm going off between the hours of 12am-6am is not only inconveniencing it’s also quite alarming to hear at these hours. I really wish there was better maintenance regarding the fire alarms to reduce these random moments

Wanted to wait to write my honest review. I moved in The Atlantic Memorial in September always drove by these apt and they look really lovely. The office staff has been very sweet, kind and understanding from the moment I walked in. It’s a very clean property, spacious hallways, pretty quiet amenities areas. The front office always return your calls. They have events every month. There’s alot to love here. The negative thing id have to say is 2 months after moving in I had a package stolen. I followed up with the carrier because they didn’t deliver it into the Amazon lockers, they just placed it on a countertop. About 4 months in I had my car stolen, in Houston there is a major car theft/vandalism problem. If you have a nice car beware. Then this morning I found my car window had been bust

I have been a resident of The Atlantic Memorial for less than three months, and the ongoing security failures at this property are unacceptable. Within my first few weeks of living here, my bicycles were stolen. The day before Christmas, four residents in my immediate area had their vehicle wheels stolen. Exactly one week later, my own vehicle — along with others — was similarly vandalized and left inoperable. After these incidents, I learned from multiple long-term residents that theft, vehicle break-ins, stolen wheels, and burglaries of storage units and apartments are recurring and well-known issues at this property, reportedly occurring for years. I have enjoyed my time living here. I’ve lived here for 18 months now and it’s been good. I keep seeing reviews about tires being stolen but I can’t speak on they bc I live in one or the townhouses with a garage thankfully. I have noticed that cars FLY down the community road at a high rate of speed, it’s only a matter of time until someone or their pet is hurt or killed. Honestly, there’s not much management can do other than put speed bumps on. I have noticed that some neighbors are starting to leave their trash bags and trash cans outside their garages which is now attracting more bugs and who knows what else. I have been living here for several months now, and I've greatly enjoyed the experience. The office staff are super helpful and friendly, and maintenance responds to repair requests very quickly. I also love the location of this property and how quiet it is here. Highly recommend!
