The Atlantic at East Delray

Definetly, The Atlantic housing managemens is the worst, the most unfriendly rude staff I have ever seen in all my life, period. The staff ladies simply made my staying – over a year - just miserable.

I have absolutely loved living here! Management is great and neighbors are so kind and the best! Such a great location by the lake and beautiful nature around!

I moved in about 3 months ago now and the whole process was so effortless. It began with a phone call with Mike, who works in the leasing office. We set up an appointment and when I got here, Drail showed me around. Luckily they had an apartment on the third floor with a lake view which is what we wanted. Both of them were so very helpful in the weeks to follow with questions, doing the paper work, and making us already feel like we were at home. I love the amenities, the pool, the gym, and I absolutely love the walk around the lake. The wildlife is amazing to watch and just the peace and serenity I feel living here is unlike any other place I have lived. Thank you Mike and Drail! The pictures shown here are no longer accurate. We have lived here for 4 years and the new owner & management company are not keeping the property up to previous standards. The pool area now has tattered or missing umbrellas, cabanas with no covers, and stained furniture. The firepit is gone and the grills are filthy. The office staff has been telling residents that they are working on it for months and nothing has improved.

This place used to be amazing prior to the current owner. Low bid management company. They have known of the dirty pool conditions for months. Pics are of Monday 6-11-2018. Literally just listed for Wenda (manager) all of the problems while looking at the pool area with her and she was just stone faced. Worthless! Grills are filthy. If there is a current 5 star rating, it is fake. 7-14-2018 Improvements have been made. Now 4 stars.
