The Atlantic Apartments

Wow! We cannot say enough nice things about the Atlantic. My daughter moved in a few days ago from Minnesota and Ces, Taylor, and Samantha have gone above and beyond to make the rather difficult transition very smooth. So many calls, emails, and boxes delivered too early….they never made us feel like we were high maintenance (which we were) and for that I am very grateful. The place is beautiful, clean, and feels very safe. Do not hesitate to rent here!

I had an amazing experience with Atlantic Apartments. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly supportive and professional. I especially want to thank Taylor, Ces, and Samantha — they were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. Taylor was truly an angel on the way, always kind, patient, and willing to help, making everything feel smooth and stress-free. The Atlantic team as a whole is incredible and genuinely cares about their residents. I couldn’t be happier with my decision, and I 100% recommend Atlantic Apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live with an amazing team behind it.

I’ve been living at the Atlantic Apartment for a while now, and it has truly been a great experience. The management team, especially Ces and Taylor, always treats us with genuine kindness almost like family! Whenever we have a question or need something, they handle it right away with a friendly and professional attitude. Maintenance team is also outstanding. Every time something needs to be fixed, they respond quickly and take care of the issue with real professionalism. It makes living here so much easier and stress free. Overall, I’m very happy living at the Atlantic. Great people, great service, and a place that really feels like home.

We have lived at The Atlantic since it was first built and absolutely love it. We work from home so finding the perfect spot to live AND work together was a challenge. We have toured every apartment complex imaginable over the years within a 30 mile radius and nothing comes even close to how perfectly home The Atlantic is. The team, Ces and Taylor are like family to us, they truly care for the residents and do so much to make it home. The amenities are top notch, the location is perfect, I promise you, you will not find anything like it. Year after year renewing our lease is a no brainer and it will continue to be for years to come. This is such a special spot. I first toured the Atlantic with my mother in October of 2023 after deciding to attend Palmer College of Chiropractic. We had toured the suggested apartments the school gave but none of them felt like the right fit. We decided to do a google search for apartments in the area and as soon as we saw the Atlantic pop up we started driving. On the way I called the property and asked if we would be able to do a tour on such short notice which was pleasantly accomodated. When we arrived Ces greeted us and took us to tour the property. The units were beautiful with very reasonable pricing and my mom and I knew this would be where I called home during my time at Palmer.
