The Ashton Apartments

I have lived in The Ashton for almost 6 years and can't find anything negative to say about it. It's quiet, in a great location, nice amenities, and the building manager (Brian) and super (Camillo) are so kind and responsive. Any issues get resolved within 1-2 days maximum. If you are a good and responsible tenant, they truly value you and go above and beyond.

We love our apartment and have renewed 3 times. Neighbors are friendly and staff are amazing. Summer time at the fire pits have an amazing view and is such a peaceful experience with your friends and family. Gym is usually pretty open so you don’t need to worry about too many people in there at once. It’s been great at the Ashton!

I’ve been living at the Ashton Apartments for about a year and a half, and I absolutely love it. The building is beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the management team is truly outstanding. There are plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy, making it easy to stay entertained and happy without even leaving the property. Plus, it’s just steps away from restaurants, markets, and the light rail—which is super convenient. The community here is welcoming and friendly, and overall it feels like a great value for such a wonderful place. I definitely see myself staying here for the long term.

Hi, I am a 72 year old woman, a semi retired nurse. I’m looking to relocate to De. My best friend, and a daughter live here. I heard about the building of this large apartment complex. At first I spoke with Ana via email and then phone. Of course I checked everything out in the website. Loved the lay out and floor plans. I came to see it and applied for affordable housing. Which I was accepted! I then made an appointment to see a ground floor apt with Ana at Ashton Circle. It was a great experience. She took me to a 2BR because the one bedroom had been already rented. She allowed me plenty of time, answered questions that I had and explained everything I needed to know. I would give her 5 out of 5 stars. I’ve had such a great experience living in this building, thanks in large part to the incredible team that runs it. I’ve been living here for over 2 years now, and they’re a big reason of renewing my lease. The building manager, Brian, is always professional, responsive, and approachable. Communication is always clear and timely, and it’s obvious they care about making this a great place to live. He helps me out with any matter big or small and is so kind about it. The maintenance man, Camilo, is equally helpful. He’s prompt and knowledgeable. Any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and thoroughly. He keeps is always friendly and respectful when interacting with residents.
