Living here has been very frustrating. Neighbors repeatedly submit unfounded noise complaints, resulting in frequent security visits, yet security never finds any excessive noise. Package theft is an ongoing issue, and even after reviewing footage, management refused to retrieve the package or assist further. Common areas like stairwells and parking lots are consistently dirty with trash, laundry, pet waste, and glass. The callbox often does not work, and children run through walkways late at night. Overall the people of the neighborhood are very cliquey & not welcoming!

I have lived at this property for the last year, Only reason I moved was due to a new job. I didn't have any issues while I lived here. My 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious. I loved the walk in closet in the master bedroom and the open floor layout. I never had any issues with the office staff, Tia and Ebony were always very professional and helpful anytime I had questions or need to put in a service request.

MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! For the cost of these apartments, I should NOT have to continuously complain about the noise from the unit above me. I myself work from home, and the moment my supervisor stated being able to hear my neighbors eight grandchildren during my customer calls; I knew that I wasn’t over exaggerating when bringing the issue to my leasing office. I have done EVERYTHING required by management, corporate, and the Norfolk Police Department in regard to this issue. Management tells me to call security, in which they NEVER come out to knock on my neighbors door to address the noise complaint. I visited this location about three weeks and met the whole office team. Lakia was the young lady that showed me around the week I visited and later the following week in accepting my application. Both times she showed incredible professionalism and added additional information on what the phases were to becoming a tenant at this location. I’m hoping that because I’m a Veteran it will allow the opportunity to reside in a place that has security, a nice place to live and finally a place where professionalism is shown on a continuous basis in which there’s a priority on good customer & tenant relationships.
