Malcolm at the front desk is always super helpful And friendly. Very responsible and even brought me up my hat I dropped in the building. Christian is also so accomodating and always watching to help guests with the front door and help in whichever way. I appreciate the way the housekeeping keep all the communal areas super clean and in order. Chempel and Pablo from the maintenance team also very responsive and sincere with trying to resolve issues asap. Great place to live!

Beautiful property with amazing amenities. Christian and Malcolm were amazing. Their level of professionalism and attentiveness is unmatched. The building is modern in design, but several ongoing issues significantly affected our experience living here. Construction noise is frequent and intense. Most days it runs from roughly 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on multiple occasions it has started as early as 5:00 a.m. The walls and windows are very thin, which provides little sound insulation, and the building shakes regularly during construction activity. In addition, many residents do not clean up after their dogs around the property, which requires constant attention when walking through common areas to avoid stepping in dog waste. The cost of electricity has also been unexpectedly high. Keeping the apartment at 71°F averages around $300 per month, and during the winter months bills can reach as high as $600, despite minimal co

Malcolm was incredibly accommodating as we arrived two hours early for our tour. He did a great job catering the showing to our needs/ wants and even assisted us with his knowledge of the neighborhood.
