I was incentivized to move in with the move in promos, and I genuinely regret that decision. The management culture under John has deteriorated significantly over the past year. Save yourself the frustration and find another complex. There are multiple nearby that are newer, safer, and have better reviews. Pros: The apartment units themselves are charming, and I want to give credit where it's due. Kat and her faith-based apartment life organization genuinely do try to foster a sense of home and community here thru events. That was something I valued deeply but the positive qualities stop here. I enjoy living here and have no complaints after almost 1 year. Quick response for maintenance. Great amenities. The only thing I would ask for is a community plan for the peloton. I don’t like having to pay for the service to use what’s already in the gym. I pay for the gym lol.

I love The Asher! Our First Home in the US! I’m an actor and a yoga dance fitness instructor from Bangladesh. Me and my hubby moved in July 2025 and we have felt at home since then. An awesome woman called Keshundhra made things sooo easy for us to move in! Ever since we moved we have felt like we are in home. Asher’s Manager John is a star. He is super cool and helpful. The Asher holds two amazing events every month through which we get to meet and greet our neighbours. I’ve had a great experience so far since moving in. John from the leasing office has been incredibly helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with, which made the whole process much smoother. The apartment is beautiful, well maintained, and everything has felt very welcoming from day one. I’m already enjoying living here and really looking forward to everything this new chapter and community have to offer.

Met Destine for a client tour of this gorgeous upscale apartment home complex. The location to the Lakeline Mall and area made it appealing, but the amenities make you want to stay! In the Texas heat, it was lovely touring with air conditioned hallways. A you pass through each floor, you notice the quiet of the whole place. There is a calming and relaxing vibe as music plays in the background of the common areas. Great spaces in the units, as well as other things to note, such as built-in desk spaces, screened in porches, walk-in showers and so much more. I look forward to bringing more clients to tour.
