I'm a new tenant at the Ashborough Apartments. Mr. Milton was my rental manager and he walked me through every step, It made the process so easy to move in. Even when I misplaced my keys the second night Mr. Milton was so patient and understanding. He put in my maintenance request and they were there the first thing in the morning. ( I found them, but he had sent maintenance already.) Mr. Milton is Amazing!!! Mr. Milton, Barry and Danielle are so pleasant and professional. I had another maintenance request for my Dishwasher and Mario the maintenance Technician came the next day fixed it and left me a note stating he was there and why... I've lived in different apartments and I've never had such professionalism, understanding, patience and prompt communication and service from the front of
Living at Ashborough Apartments has been such a great experience! The community is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of parking and beautiful landscaping. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff truly care about residents. I especially want to recognize Milton in the leasing office — he’s been amazing from day one! He’s professional, patient, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions, helping with paperwork, or just checking in to make sure you’re happy, Milton makes you feel welcome and valued as a resident. If you’re looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed place to call home, I highly recommend Ashborough Apartments — and make sure you talk to Milton, he’ll take great care of you!
I rarely write reviews, but this place truly deserves one. My girlfriend and I moved here in August 2023 after a terrible experience at Centennial Village, where we ended up suing the landlord (With the help of a lawyer, we negotiated a settlement and received our full deposit back along with additional compensation.). The difference here has been night and day. The environment is wonderful, with a spacious lawn where our dog can play freely. The residents are well-educated and friendly, and I haven’t noticed anyone smoking pot here—a constant issue at our previous residence. The estate manager, Milton, is both kind and communicative, making the experience even better. Due to a job change, I had to leave Raleigh and move out, but I was pleasantly surprised when our security deposit was fu
I’ve lived at Ashbourough for 4 years, and it’s truly been a great experience! I recently had to move suddenly for a new job opportunity, and I want to give a big thank-you to the current staff—Danielle, Milton, and Berry—for making my transition out smooth and stress-free. They were all so helpful, kind, and professional throughout the process. Ashbourough has always felt like home, and if I ever move back to Raleigh, I would definitely choose to come back here. Highly recommend this community!
I have lived at this apartment for the past 2 years and 1 month. The first 2 years were pretty good. Parking got terrible the second year (way too many cars, not enough spots), and then people had to park in the fire lane. Otherwise, people would need to walk about 5 minutes up a hill, which is unreasonable with the amount of rent we pay. They kept emailing, telling residents to buy a reserved parking spot. However, so many people were having to park in the fire lane, there weren't even enough reserved spots if people did decide to pay an extra $30 per month just to have reasonable parking. There is definitely space for them to add parking (forest around), but they care more about the money (getting it from reserved spots and not spending it to make more parking) than the residents.
