I often visit a friend who lives here, and I have to say, this place really stands out. The team is fantastic—they're always friendly, super helpful, and genuinely care about the residents. And let's talk about the view—it's absolutely breathtaking. Whether it's sunrise or sunset, the scenery never gets old. It's one of those little things that makes coming here feel special every day. Great people, great service, and views. Highly recommend!

Living here has been a great experience. Jay, Katie, and Dylan in the office are always friendly, approachable, and go out of their way to help. Maintenance is super responsive and gets things done fast. The property is clean and well-maintained, and I’ve noticed a lot of positive upgrades happening around the community. It’s clear they really care about the residents!

Do not move here. They are so unresponsive and careless. I moved in and my unit looked like no one even did a walk through to prepare for my move-in. I was shown and quoted the price for a unit that had new countertops, cabinets, and appliances. The unit I ended up with has not been renovated in who knows how long AND had multiple damages! The cabinets wouldn’t close, there was extensive water damage under my sink, the cable outlet was completely painted over and unusable, human hair painted into the cabinets and windowsills, doors not closing, etc. I’ve been here for two months and after countless convos, emails, and work orders, the water damage has still not been fixed, I am without cable and wifi, and now I’m dealing with a clogged sink and the water looks ungodly. I moved in two weeks ago, and from the application to post move in support, the staff here has been great. The office staff have been supportive and informative throughout what was a very difficult process (no fault of the Ascent). Dylan and Katie have made this feel like a community, not just housing. They are great to work with!

Unfortunately, I feel compelled to share a small portion of my negative experience of living here, which has become defined by, though not exclusive to, the following: 1) Breach of lease terms 2) Failure to provide essential services (water, heat) 3) Improper rent increase (utility charge) 4) Bad-Faith lease negotiation tactics Other reviews have mentioned that all water access was suddenly shut off for about a week for the entire property (and management refused to offer any rent abatement) - this is true. Actually, water shut-offs have become relatively common recently, and they always last longer than they are supposed to. However, in my case, the landlord also failed to pay their Piedmont gas bill for approximately 9 months without my knowledge, even though my unit's lease explicitly
