The Arts Apartments

I absolutely love living in The Arts apartments. I have been for almost 3 years and it’s the best! Great staff, great property and just all around great living. Everyone is so nice and it’s actually pretty quiet for the most part. Maintenance does a great job when it comes to repairs. Honestly my best home yet!

Just moved in last week, Andria was extremely helpful in helping us pick our apartment. She was always available and has such a sweet personality! I appreciate the cleanliness of the halls, which always smell good. Our side of the building is very peaceful and quiet. I also appreciate how easily accessible all of the amenities are - not too much walking. The layout for the our 1 bd is really good, it has more storage space than most apartments I’ve lived in. I’m excited to be here! I love the location.

Though just moved in, I absolutely love living at The Arts! The place is super nice, clean, and in a great location — close to everything but still quiet when you want to relax. Big thanks to Andria for being so awesome! She made the whole leasing process really easy and was super friendly and helpful the entire time. You can tell she really cares about the residents. And since I’m moving from NYC, she professionally facilitated the entire process remotely for me. I experienced nothing but efficiency, welcome, and professionalism. Couldn’t be happier living here — definitely recommend The Arts to anyone looking for a great apartment!

I toured this apartment over the weekend and Andria was amazing. She had great customer service, very knowledgeable and the apartments are beautiful, upscale and a great view of downtown. Looking forward to making this my new home.
