The Artisan Apartments

Do not live here! It’s not worth your money or your peace of mind! Mold in my unit and A/C out the entire summer. The people in the leasing office are kind but claim to have no authority. Constantly refer you to a home office that they nor you can ever get in touch with.

I have lived here for a long time and I must say I have seen a big Improvement since the new management has taken over I believe this could be one of the best apartments to live in if we can continue on the path we are on I'm looking forward to seeing what's in store for the future

He is the best mainly smelling that we have ever had over here... He's real nice and he shows up on time...

This place is roach infested! Do not live here the price is decent because of how many roaches are in this place. It's also natural nasty like fluids that build in your toilet if you don't use it and we are super clean people. If you don't like roaches don't live here.

The hot water heater is busted and water is coming /linking out everywhere... Water's coming out the hot water heater and pouring ?? out for top...This need some attention a s a p...We woke-up around 5:00 a.m. with water all over the floor in the hall way...This can't wait until Monday...This need some is attention a s a p...I have towels down on the floor...This is a hazard...You can see all the water coming from the top.. The hot water heater can explode ....I have toke pictures for our records...This is a hazard for my family....One again this can't wait until Monday.... I don't call the office three times. It's 10:59 no one has shown up.This is the hazard... You never can get in touch with no one at the office even if you call... No one call you back..
