PROS: CLOSE TO EVENTS - It's 5 minutes away from the AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, and Choctaw Stadium. FAST MOVE-IN - The assistant manager Perla dropped everything to move me in as fast as she could after a terrible apartment experience down in San Antonio. I was from out of state. I thank her and Aria Apartments for all their prompt help. CONS: NO WATER HEATER - There is no water heater in the apartment. Every multi-unit is using one water heater line. So you have to wait 3 to 5 minutes for the water to heat up in the kitchen and bathroom sink. NO STORAGE - There is no storage closet in these apartments so if you have things you might want to store, you'll have to get a Public Storage. BAD HEATING IN THE WINTER - Since the central heat is electric and not gas, it blows very cool air a fe

I’ve been in the aria apartments for bout 3 years now and I have to say I love my home! Management is wonderful! Daisy is amazing! She very patient and understanding (funny too) pearly is sweet too she very easygoing and kind.. but what I really love about management is they are on top on everything!! If I ever have any problems or break downs on anything maintenance is there within 72 hours that alone keeps my nerves down, lol they keep the property clean as well I’m never embarrassed to have company…. So yea I’ll probably be here a while… for one my apartment is a pretty good size I don’t feel cramped….for 2 they keep them up…for 3 good customer service!!

Me, my fiance, and 2 children have lived here at the Aria going on 2 years now. I have zero complaints! It's very quiet, laid back, and clean. Never had issues with noise or neighbors. Rarely had any maintenance issues and when I did they were always addressed in a timely manner. My actual apartment is a great size and great layout.i don't have an upgraded one but I don't need it. I always get compliments on my kitchen size. Never had issues with parking or pest control. There are tons of attractions close by such as parks, shopping, places to eat etc.. and the office staff are always very nice. I would highly recommend this complex.. I am looking for a house to purchase but other than that I don't plan on leaving. Thank you Aria!

I lived at the Aria for almost 3 years, and it was the most pleasant apartment living experience I've had to date. The office staff is awesome, friendly, and always willing to help with anything. The maintenance team is top notch, although maintenance requests were rarely necessary for me to enter. I'm familiar with the area, as I've lived in multiple surrounding communities for the better part of 10 years, and the updates they've done at this community (plus the one next door) have changed the landscape of the entire area! I was in one of their apartments that faced the creek. It was quite private, and it was so nice to be near the new dog park too. The updating of the interiors are great as well. Perla Garcia waited for me to sign my lease and get my keys, she was patient with me to get to her because I was driving 22hours and 2 minutes from Maryland state. Her warm welcome made me realize that this is going to be a good apartment to call a HOME. Got to my apartment and it looked exactly the way I saw it online. I risked it all and it was more than words. So serene, I came to Texas to start afresh and I am happy calling Aria Apartment and Homes my Home. The service request was fast and resolved fast as well. Pest control handled the insect fast and it was all gone. Every time I walk in my apartment, I feel so lucky to be here, still amazed that I have a place that I call my own.
