Peace of Mind and a Wonderful Home for My Mom My senior mother has been living at The Arbors on Hull St, and I couldn’t be more thankful for this community. From the very first visit, we felt such warmth and kindness from the staff. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel cared for and respected, and that means the world to me as her daughter. The property is always clean and beautifully maintained, with peaceful surroundings that make it feel like home. My mom loves her apartment — it’s comfortable, bright, and easy for her to get around in. She’s made wonderful friends and enjoys the sense of community here. A recently constructed building for senior living apartments. They opened the building in February 2024. This place is for seniors 62 years or older and is income restricted, so you need to verify all income. There are four different apartments available in different sizes; 2- one bedroom/bath and 2- two bedrooms/bath. They all have a full-size washer/dryer, patio/balcony, kitchenettes, dining room, living room, and closets. They're very comfortable. I truly am impressed with residing here at The Arbors at Hull Street. I was so impressed with how beautiful this place is when I first entered the door to fill out an application. Kathy and Eunice, manager and assistant manager were very helpful with the application process and are both kind, lovely ladies. The cleaning staff always keeps this complex so clean and neat at all times. The grounds are well maintained. An active calendar of events so you'll never have a reason to become bored. Myra, enjoys taking the residents out on the Arbors van to the stores, restaurants and community outings. The maintenance staff are timely when something needs to be fixed. Very professional staff here at The Arbors on Hull Street. I am proud to call this place my home!

I witnessed this facility nearly give a woman a stroke in the lobby YESTERDAY. They approved her to live there a month in advance. She broke her lease at the previous home of 18 years When she got on site with all of her belongings they told her that her income was too much. And turned her away leaving her and her belongings in the street and her homeless. Even if she didn't meet the criteria how could they make a huge mistake like this and not take responsibility for their lack of doing their jobs??? Dont move here unless you have people that advocate for you. They literally left this woman homeless and in the hospital on her move day because they chose not to calculate her income properly prior to her move in date. Love living here at The Arbors at Hull street. Would love to have evening trips for special events in the evening. Very attentive staff. Appreciate how we are checked on when haven’t been seen in a few days. Proud to live here.
